clean hotel with very very helpful and supper friendly staff and favourable location so close to the pier in the center of town on a good street with a lot of shops and near eating area as well as pier and town center.

The hotel is conveniently located near the Gus Angermeyer Pier and the Ferry Terminal, making it easy to access the main part of town and the rest of the Galapagos. The staff were very helpful and provided us with a spacious room featuring a large bed.

The value for money at this hotel was fantastic. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean. The location was unbeatable, with everything just a few minutes' walk away. The staff, especially the friendly young guy at reception, made me feel at home.
The breakfast menu could have had more options.
